Kiely has practised yoga since 2014 and now teaches flexibility/contortion.

Kiely loves back bending, learning new ways in which to use the body’s muscles and pushing herself to her limits. She qualified as a X-pert Flexibility Flow teacher in April 2016. 

Kiely has also been practicing aerial hoop and pole fitness for just over two years.
