3. Everyday I will need you to do the warm up and stretches 1-5 (check out the videos above). These must not be skipped! So, the first 5 days you do the first 5 stretches. Then, beginning day 6 you will just add 1 move (from that day on). For example:
You must promise to listen to your body, if anything feels painful please STOP and seek further advise from your doctor.
1. How long should I stretch for?
I want you to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds per side. Each day dedicate 10 minutes to stretching.
2. Do I need to post on social media?
No, but you are more than welcome to :) Find us at @livelovebend on Instagram and use the #LLB30daysplits hashtag.
3. How long will it take me to get my splits?
This 30 days is going to be a great starting point for you, however every body is different and progress takes time! There is no set time for one person and you must listen to your body.
